Customer Service				Probably my most important quality is empathy. My ways of helping people have developed in an holistic way. Every aspect of my client's requirements are met. I truly enjoy my work and feel very given to in the way my practice has developed. I am fortunate in my belief that customer service always comes first. I always plan to be on time and have time to see people. Initial appointments are never less than forty minutes allowing me the time to assess the needs of my client and suggest a course of treatment designed to meet their requirements. All of my customers have access to a 24-hour, 365 day in house emergency service. Every modern piece of equipment is available to me. Staff are fully trained in all aspects of dental care. Even if it means for me an early morning start or a late night finish or a weekend I will always make every effort to accommodate my customer's wishes.
